This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the procedures for collecting, processing, and using information that the website located at https://westexpedition.by/en/ may obtain about a User during their interaction with the site and its services.

  1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
    1. The following terms are used within the context of this document:

      • company name;
      • Unique Taxpayer Number (UNP);
      • quality certificate or passport;
      • email address.
    3. The Website ensures protection of data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising materials and navigation through the resource:
      • device IP address;
      • information contained in cookies;
      • details about the browser or other software providing access to advertising;
      • time of access to the page;
      • URL of the page containing the advertising block;
      • referrer (address of the previous page).

    5. The Administration implements a comprehensive set of organizational and technical measures aimed at protecting personal data from unauthorized access, loss, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.
    6. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary steps to minimize damages or negative consequences that may arise from the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
  6. MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS
    1. The User is obligated to:
      • Provide up-to-date personal data necessary for the full use of the Website's functionality.
      • Timely update or supplement the provided personal data in case of changes to such information.
    2. The Website Administration undertakes to:
      • Use the obtained information strictly for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy.
      • Ensure the confidentiality of received data, not disclose it without the User's prior written consent, and refrain from selling, exchanging, publishing, or otherwise disclosing the User's personal data, except in cases specified in sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this document.
      • Apply precautionary measures to ensure the security of personal data in accordance with generally accepted business practices.
      • Suspend processing (block) the personal data of the relevant User from the moment a request is received from the User themselves, their legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights, for the duration of verification, in case inaccurate information or unlawful processing is identified.
  7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
    1. In the event of failure to fulfill assumed obligations, the Administration shall be liable for damages incurred by the User as a result of unlawful use of their personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, except for circumstances stipulated in sections 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Policy.
    2. The Administration shall not be held liable for loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information:
      • Was in the public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.
      • Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
      • Was disclosed with the explicit consent of the User.
  8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1. Prior to initiating legal proceedings regarding disputes between the User and the Administration, the parties are required to submit a written claim proposing voluntary settlement of the conflict.
    2. The recipient of the claim is obligated to provide the claimant with a written response regarding the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
    3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court of law in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
    4. The substantive law of the Republic of Belarus shall apply to this Policy and the legal relationship between the User and the Administration.
  9. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Privacy Policy without prior notice to the User.
    2. The updated version of the Policy shall enter into legal force from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless a different effective date is specified within the document itself.
